This system is over two thousand years old; it was mapped out by Chinese physicians who categorized all life into “five elements” or five seasons. This model was the basis for understanding how our world worked, how societies organized themselves and what was needed from a human perspective.

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to understand ourselves and enhance our relationships with the wisdom of one of the oldest personality type system: the Five Elements.

The Ancient Wisdom is known as the “5 Elements” because the pictograms used the  familiar elements found in nature-  Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal. Each of these elements corresponds with a season: Water/Winter; Wood/Spring; Fire/Summer; Earth/Solstice or Equinox; Metal/Autumn.

Understanding the five elements is like wearing special glasses that allow you to peer into the deep workings of what you see on the surface. You may intuitively know when you meet someone if they will be friends or foes and the 5 elements gives you insights on why.

While we each have all 5 Elements, one of them  is dominant. You will vibrate with people, activities and environments that resonate with this element. Your second element comes to the rescue of your first when this first element is not well received or supported in the situation, your society or family context. The third appears when you are in a conumdrum and feel lost. You may then explore the shadow side of your third element.

I can offer you a unique opportunity to understand your 5 elemental stack up; most importantly your top three elements that really drive your purpose for this lifetime. Understanding your stack up and those of your loved ones will bring better balance, peace and happiness to your life and connection with those around you.

I am offering a variety of sessions to help you figure out your elemental stack up that makes you who you are.  Our lifetime goal is to balance all of our elements and use them to help us in our relationships and life to focus and complete our life purpose.
